Negative taken for September 21, 1960, Arkansas Gazette article "A Grateful Stuttgart Honors Immigrant Pete Finken," B1:2. A.P. Pete Finken is an ex-machinist. He is originally from Germany. As a child Finken was taken with art. Later in retirement, he was able to use his skill as an artist to open the first Arkansas County Arts Festival, in Stuttgart, Arkansas County, Arkansas. He would be later be honored with an A.P. Pete Finken day in Stuttgart. The festival is used to showcase local arts and crafts talent.
